CSEPS membership has its privileges and physician members (and their staff) receive an automatically discounted rate to Codequest. Additional discounts are also available. Please note:

  • Non-member ophthalmologists may register themselves and/or staff at the non-member rate or apply for membership to receive discounts!

If you cannot attend, then please contact CSEPS so that you can send a substitute. If a substitute cannot be found, then you may request a refund less a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made five or less business days before the event.

Designation Statement
The American Academy of Ophthalmology designates this educational activity for a maximum of 4 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Ophthalmic allied health professionals receive 4.0 JCAHPO “A” CE Credits for completion of this course.

AAPC Certificate
